I have nothing but positive things to say about Family Dependable Movers! They certainly picked the right name. I had a move scheduled and accpeted by another company a week in advance and after speaking and confirming all details including the night before the other company(Thunder Movers) was a no show. Not only did they cancel my job the morning of... they did not call me. Hire a Helper called to let me know the job had been rejected an hour and a half INTO my move time and then scrambled and found Family Dependable Movers on a Saturday at noon EST. They were full but agreed to do the move at the end of the day, since they were trying to help me out. We scheduled the move, they were polite and quite professional. They were coming back from out of town with their last moveand called to say that they were running late but promised to be there and assured me they would get me moved into my Penske truck. They arrived and were cordial, friendly, efficient and careful with my belongings. They completed my move in the 2 hour window frame with no problems and were extra careful to arrnage items to ensure that they were sturdy in the vehicle. My move from Boston to Nashville is scheduled for this morning and while I am running a little behind because my move was at 7pm and not 10am as I had planned, I am exhausted! There is no way I would be moving out of state today if Family Dependable Movers had not stepped in! Thank You so much! I would hire these guys in a heartbeat! Dependabe? You bet!
