James and Alex, at Advantage Moving, were incredible. They went above and beyond in every way. My stuff was loaded and unloaded carefully and quickly and nothing was damaged. They had all required packing tools and worked diligently. They had a great attitude despite having bad weather. Overall made my moving day experience very smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend them. I was very impressed with the superior service and kind staff.

The movers were on time and were able to maneuver two large massage chairs out of and into narrow doorways. I was not there to personally oversee the move but participated remotely. Very good job overall.

The three who moved our furniture and household goods today were outstanding. They moved things from storage and from a second story condo to a two story house. They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond what was required to get the job done. The were professional, respectful, and thoughtful as they got it all done on a timely way.

If I could rate lower I would certainly do that. To summarize my experience, here is an excerpt from the email I sent that has not been responded after an entire week:
About two weeks ago, give or take a few days, I booked a service for today 9/2/2022 through your company. To say that the experience has been bad is to put it extremely mildly.
The pick up window was scheduled for 12pm to 1pm. The day before the move I tried to call them to verify that they would be moving us, no one answered, I left a voicemail which was never acknowledged.
After 12pm today, I called to see what the status was and they told me they would be arriving closer to 1 pm as they were a little delayed. After an hour I called back and was told they are completing a move in the area but they are close by and would be there shortly after. At around 2:30, they reached out to us for the first time, and said they would be there by 3pm. Finally at around 3:35pm, 3 men showed up with a truck too small to make the move.
One of the 3 declared, the moment he entered the apartment that they can’t do it and they need to cancel. The others seemingly ignored him and one of them took my mattress and loaded it onto the truck.
Now despite the level of incompetence displayed until this point, the worst is yet to come.
I followed outside to hear them having a conversation stating that they were being paid for 3 hours and the move should have been for a 1 bedroom. I know that you should be able to check my order from my email address and verify that I prepaid for 4 hours of service and that my place is 3 bedrooms.
After very little deliberation they men removed my mattress from the truck and when they did so it was grease stained.
I need you to understand the circumstances that we were left in at that very moment.
Minutes to 4pm, on a Friday. The Friday of the Labor Day weekend. The second of the month (already a day later than we should hav moved). We had very little options and absolutely no time. We were blindsided and inconvenienced. And even worse during the short space of time the movers were here, they managed to damage my mattress.
I spent way too long on the phone with a specialist to finalize a refund and was eventually assured I would receive one but it did not include reimbursement for my grease stained mattress.

We were very happy with Advantage Moving. Jake and another young man arrived with a smile on time as scheduled. Their appearance was neat, clean, and dressed for the job. Jake looked at the furniture and storage bins to be moved. We had staged all items for easy removal. The move was ground floor to ground floor, 2-3 rooms of a house to a 2 bedroom apartment. Seemed simple enough to us. But you never know! The truck was clean. They loaded it in a logical, organized manner. Everything was handled with care. They left as soon the items were loaded in and reached the destination in good time. Everything was unloaded and placed as directed. The job was finished within the alloted time that had been estimated online. Nothing further was owed. We gladly tipped both young men. Would definitely use again.
