They showed up the day of my move but were IV drug users. They bled on my new couch and stated they were not capable of moving all my furniture. I reported everything that needed to be moved. When I called In A Snap Movers to see what options I had no one returned my call. After they used my restroom to shoot up I asked them to leave and called all my friends and began my move late and unprepared. I will never use this company again and warn anyone else. If they had called me back or sent someone new I could have gotten over this. But they couldn't even return my call. Luckily, I was able to keep my card from being charged and the blood came out of my white couch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Mrs. Chapman, this review is absolutely ridiculous. Obviously you are upset about something but taking it out on my company and trying to ruin my reputation is not going to make anything better. I never received a call from you about this situation to try to resolve it. You placed a review 4-5 months after the job was canceled and I de-activated my account on this site.
