Their customer service was great however when we got to our final destination several items were broke and crushed due to the way the truck was loaded.

the guys did a great job, the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that their arrival time was why off. everyone was great and really nice.

When I called and was ask about how much furniture etc. I had to move. The lady said it will take two movers three hours and the cost would be $240. She did not tell me that if they finished earlier than that that I still had to pay the $240. The two gentleman showed up with no moving equipment ie dollie etc. I had a dollie at my house thank goodness. They showed up at 8:20 AM and left at 10:35. The gentleman told me we were only here for 2 and 1/2 hrs. so you only owe $200. Which that amount was on the paper I signed. When I called to verify my payment number with the company they told me I owed the $240. I explained the above and was told well you can put that on the survey you are sent. I felt that was poor customer service as well as an answer to someone whom might have recommended them.

They were on time and ready to work! They were very prepared for the job and were very respectful of my belongings! Both guys were nice, friendly and asked questions about where to put my furniture and boxes. They worked very hard and I would absolutely use them again!

The three movers arrived right on time. They introduced themselves, James; Raymond, and LJ. They were professional and packed our truck full. They were very amicable and we definitely enjoyed our day with them. We would highly recommend Sure Lord Movers.

They charged me for the time they "called" me, not the time they arrived at my door. This rounded the time up to an additional half hour. They moved incredibly slow carrying out the boxes/furniture. I began to help them because I could see they were going to drag out the time - which they did by an extra hour and 1/2. I appreciated that they carefully wrapped the grandfather clock and dresser mirror. However, they didn't use any of the 4 moving straps I provided to secure the heavy boxes/furniture. When I opened the POD after receiving it at my new address, I found boxes strew over the top of my solid maple bed, dresser, and smaller dresser and the bed itself had fallen forward onto the dresser damaging itself and the dresser and smaller dresser/chest. There was a lot of destruction and broken glass. I was mortified. Because of the way things were found, it made it very difficult for the next movers to unpack the POD, and my spouse ended up helping them with the whole thing (for a service we hired help to do) just because extra hands were needed to support the furniture the best we could to get it out without making the destruction worse. I would not recommend James/Michael again except for unloading containers. They are not trained on how to load them, and they need to double-time their current pace.
