I was confirmed for the moving service over a week prior to my move for a time slot between 7-8AM. After receiving the email confirmation I reached out to the moving service as well to confirm. After both leaving a voicemail and texting I did not receive feedback.
On the morning of the move I received a phone call about 30 minutes before the time slot and was informed they were having truck trouble and would not be on-site until approximately 1PM. Note that I was having a pod filled and a moving truck was not required. Later that morning they communicated that they were unable to be on-site until 5PM as they were finishing up another job. Therefore, I was either skipped by the moving company or fed a line about the truck. When 5PM came around I had not received a phone call and they were not on-site. Therefore, I elected to cancel the service and had hire a helper find a more professional service to perform the move. The company called at approximately 6PM, however I had already cancelled due to the lack of delivery on the confirmed window.
At a minimum the circumstances were not communicated effectively and resulted in the company not showing at the promised time.

Absolutely amazing!!! Executive Moving is the way to go. Really all that needs to be said, but here are my details. I hired a three person crew to load a 22' truck. I have a LOT of stuff in a one bedroom and was anxious about the move, but they calmed the situation and took control of the move and packing of the truck. Everything was packed so perfectly stable it 100percent shows experience and expertise. Everything was very secure for the long ride ahead. Super nice people, super down to earth, and great, fantastic, hard workers which alleviates a lot of stress out of the situation. Genuine guys, punctual appointment, can't say enough good things about the loading and move. Thank you guys!!!

My scheduled movers called me at 3PM to cancel, I found and booked this crew on HireAHelper, they were scheduled by appointment to arrive at 8pm but arrived as early as they could, 6pm. I've hired a dozen+ moving crews over the years, and these guys were absolutely the best moving crew I've ever hired. They communicated well with us and with each other, and were pleasant to be around in general. They really saved our a$$ and we were grateful!

Crew was really solid. They communicated and coordinated with me on the day of my move. I had my own truck and the team of 4 showed up on time and went right to work. They knocked out a Chicago City move with a storage unit stop in under 4 hours. Hire these guys, give them cold beverages, and tip them well!

I broke my foot and Antonio, Michael, and Kevin came to the rescue :) They were right on time and even waited around for our truck to arrive—they did an incredible freaking job!! What took my boyfriend Danny and I hours to pack up took them ab an hour to put in our place.
Michael, Kevin, and Antonio asked us exactly where we wanted things put, they didn’t break or drop a single thing, and they were the best company to have around while doing it!!! They are the funniest and sweetest guys who took a lot of care in placing our things in our new home. They were probably exhausted but Danny and I had tons of fun with them around. I was sad when they left—guess that’s a sign of a fantastic crew to really notice their absence ??
When they left, Danny and I joked about paying them for a few more hours just to hang out—I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. When they finished, they double checked if we needed help with moving things around or putting together furniture, said goodbye and wished us a happy life in our new home. I’ve never had movers before and I’m afraid to order from any other service because I’ll probably be let down unless they sent these three wonderful men!!
If you’re looking into Executive Moving Services, I booked them last-minute because of my injury. They had no issue with me booking about 26 hours in advance and I am so so so so grateful for the appreciation, care, and humor of Antonio, Kevin, and Michael. Moving is a really annoying and exhausting process so being able to have such a lovely experience through these three men was the highlight of my week. They were also so sweet to my weirdo dog!!
Book this company, and request Kevin, Michael, and Antonio!! I love where I am and don’t want to think about leaving my new place, but I know if and when I do, I’ll be calling and requesting them to help again.

I could have not asked for a better crew. These three men, Antonio, Kevin, and Rashawn were the best. Before the move, they called me and asked if they could come early which worked out great. I scheduled them for three hours because of previous times I’ve moved that was the average time. Not for these men, they finished the job in only one hour with three flights included. They hustled and took care of my items. Also, I had a move a previous company scheduled and they canceled me last minute, but Executive Moving Services swooped in and saved my day. I cannot express how amazing they handled the job. I will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.
