I would not recommend Move Our Stuff based on several problems I experienced, including broken goods.
I booked four people for three hours, and the move team supervisor called me up to tell me I hadn't booked enough people for enough time to get the job done, trying to upsell me and increase my bill.
When the move team arrived, I had labelled every box on all four sides and the tops with markings like "heavy" "fragile" "light" and talked with them about this. They assured me they were professionals and knew how things should be packed, but didn't take the full 3 hours to be careful. Instead, they took half the allotted time and the packing job collapsed when we moved the truck.
Behind some of the furniture we could see that heavy boxes were placed on top of fragile boxes and that furniture hadn't been padded with the move blankets I'd provided and was damaged. In addition, there were cigarette butts in the truck and burn marks on my furniture packaging.
When I contacted Move Our Stuff about this, they assured me they would deal with it. When I followed up with them a few days later, they got an extra staff member on the line to have a conference call and question the accuracy of what I was telling them (despite submitting photos) then tell me I "wasn't their customer" and remind me how much effort they were putting into resolving this for me by starting a claim with Hire A Helper for me. Hire A Helper informed me I was officially a Move Our Stuff customer, but Move Our Stuff was not going to compensate me in any way for the damages.
If Move Our Stuff hadn't been focused on passing the buck to Hire A Helper and had actually owned up to their mistakes or offered some type of compensation, I would have given them a better review despite the broken items and poor packing job.
While I did have some web snafus with the Hire A Helper website to set everything up, and I think the arrangement between Hire A Helper and the moving companies should be made 100% more clear to consumers up front, in the end Hire A Helper came through for me. I think Move Our Stuff needs some serious improvements as a company. As a customer I feel ripped off, treated like dirt, and then told to be grateful for it.

The crew showed up right on time. They came ready to work and were done in about half the time I expected. Very good work and will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends.

Movers were booked to arrive at 2 pm. They did not arrive until after 5. I received no notice of the late arrival and had to call the office myself to find out where the movers were. I was told numerous times that I would receive a call back, and I was always the one who would have to call them. When I finally got in touch with the actual mover around 3, they told me it would be about an hour until they got there. He then changed the time to around 5:30. Once the movers finally arrived, they did work hard and moved all of the heavy materials. It was a difficult job, as I live in a six floor walk up, and they did complete it in less than two hours. They were generally nice, but they did ask my roommate to borrow her iPhone charger, and told both of us to carry things. I considered both of these actions to be inappropriate. Nothing was broken or damaged, and they were efficient, but I would probably not use this company again because they were so late and the communication was extremely poor. There are many companies who could do the same type of work, and would actually show up on time. I will be using one of those when moving again.

These two were most helpful and very professional helpers. They worked hard and were conscientious. However, I expect that they were on their own for the first time or so, as they didn't really know the best way to pack our ABF trailer. We wanted them to take a little more initiative as we are not familiar with the best way to pack a moving van sized trailer. However, their enthusiasm and full-on efforts were greatly appreciated and I would say with a little more experience they will be one of your top notch teams.

We were delighted with the team from Moveourstuff.com-inc. They were on time and went right to work loading furniture and boxes into a moving/storage container. I was worried about how they would move a huge armoire from our second-floor bedroom, down a fairly narrow flight of stairs. But Xavier and Brandon knew what they were doing and successfully maneuvered it without so much as touching the walls. They were masters at positioning the furniture and boxes. This is the first stage of a move across country that is planned for later this year. We will request the same crew. Not only did they both show initiative and expertise at their job, they were personable and a pleasure to work with. We can't say enough goods things about them.

I was moving from Philadelphia to New Rochelle for work on July 20th. I originally booked with a different mover who confirmed the appointment the night before. He never showed up. I ended up renting a u haul and driving with my parent the next day. I had to book through hireahelper.com with less than 24 hours notice when Movemystuff.com accepted the job. During the drive up, I experienced terrible traffic and a normal 2.5 hour drive ended up being almost 6 hours. Movemystuff.com's movers waited for me the entire time and were ready, prepared and friendly when I finally arrived. The freight elevator was broken when I got there, but they went right to work making sure that I didn't have to worry. The mover's manager was also amazing, not only did she remain in constant contact with me she arrived a few minutes after they did so she could help move me in as quick as possible and make my day just a little less stressful. I rarely recommend a company to anyone, but I would recommend Movemystuff to friends, family and anyone else who needs a mover. Whenever I chose to leave my current residence I already know who to call.

I used Move Our Stuff twice within a 10 day time frame for a medical office renovation. I was somewhat apprehensive about using a company I wasn't familiar with but their price quote was much better than anything else I could find and they were able to provide exactly the service needed...some strong men willing to get a job done quickly.
All of our office contents had to be removed and then, 10 days later, put back into the same space. A different team to two men arrived each time but both times they were punctual and got the job done in the two hour time frame I had arranged for.
Their manager, Jillian, who set up the jobs was terrific in following through on all the details, especially in providing the building manager with a Certificate of Insurance, which was a must. Everything went smoothly and the price was exactly what I had been promised...there were no last minute hidden charges.
My only recommendation would be to arrange for parking in advance if it is not readily available. The process gets a little interrupted when one of the men has to leave and feed a meter but they worked hard to complete the job on time.
I would certainly feel comfortable recommending this company to anyone needing assistance in getting anything moved promptly and properly.
