I had an amount the size of a one bedroom apartment. The movers showed up with three people, instead of two, and it took the entire two hours to load the moving truck. Typically, it takes one hour. I appreciate how careful they were with my items, but they wanted to wrap every single item even though I asked them not to multiple times. Majority of time was spent on wrapping furniture instead of moving stuff into the truck. They didn’t have enough time to help me unload the truck like I requested and they left.

Didn't arrive with a dolly as indicatedin the proposal. One guy was going to whack my dining room table against a brick wall to get a spider off of it. 3 guys showed up, which was a pleasant surprise, but one was so worthless he may as well stayed at home. The other two movers were pleasant enough, but had my friends been there it would have taken well over 2 hours.

All 3 guys were very professional, on time and worked the entire time. They were pleasant and appeared to really enjoy their jobs. I will absolutely use them again, and highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Don't use anyone else!! They are the best! Jessica D.

The crew was on time, hard-working, polite, friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work! They did a great job wrapping furniture & loading it. Very efficient even in temperatures in the low teens. We will be requesting the same crew when we have to unload our PODS and for moving the rest of our furniture out when we finally sell our house! Definitely recommend!

When Adrian showed up on the site the situation became much better. The original lead person was okay. Much better than his two helpers. Never seen such a poor moving crew and I've moved 9 times across the country. They seemed to think I was going to let them move my possessions in the manner they wanted to move them, like not checking for a clear path. I don't see the need to elaborate on the situation just glad Adrian showed up and it's something I can put behind me. I know who NOT to call to unpack my belongings.

By far the best I could have hoped for. The team was on time, a few minutes early even. They were kind, respectful, and used every bit of caution with our furniture. They were so efficient in wrapping, moving, and packing our pod. Would highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and understood exactly what I needed and didn’t need. The crew showed up, they were polite, courteous, and worked hard. They asked questions up front to understand what we wanted done, did exactly what we asked, and got the job done right, in minimal time.
