The guys that came to help were amazing! Got my whole truck moved up three flights of stairs in about an hour, and put my couch back together too. I'd totally move with them again.
I had to take a star off for the scheduling, though. Unfortunately it had nothing to do with the guys, and I don't blame them at all. But I was supposed to have them come between 11am and noon, and they didn't get to my apartment until 1:30pm. Ultimately I believe it was all miscommunication, but it did mess with our scheduling of the rest of the day, both before and after.
I’m glad we were able to get a crew out to you to knock it out for you and you were happy with the service.

The crew did a fantastic job unloading my truck! They even helped me with parking the truck close to the entrance to my building. The client before me ran over so they were a few hours late to my job, which was frustrating. But once the crew did arrive, they got the job done very quickly!
