This is an updated review. Having just hired different movers to empty my storage locker to move to my apt, I see now the damage done. These movers told me they would even do a negative review on the job they did in the storage unit. Firstly, the way they stacked the boxes; when removing the furniture in front of them, they came tumbling down. Things that were broken were sentimental and irreplaceable. All the boxes were dented and smashed from the poor stacking. So much of my furniture was scratched and nicked. Many pieces were hand painted, and hard to repair. When a desk was lose because screws needed to be tightened, instead of telling me to tighten them, or wrap it in shrink for the time being, they continued to move it, where it fell completely apart. This was a 350.00 desk. I had to self talk alot, so I wouldnt be an emotional mess. over all the damage. Also they said they would re-move me when the time came at a discount for using them twice, they never returned any of my calls. My initial move was under duress, and I just didn't realize how bad they were. The move was 300 + tip. I regret my 1st positive review.

They didn't protect and wrap a lot of my valuable furniture in blankets. My furniture was marred and scratched when I arrived. The didn't position the boxes high enough to take advantage of the entire space of the truck. One of the workers was just 15 years old and inexperienced.
