Hire a helper was on time. We unloaded a 10ft truck 1 bedroom in about 15 mins. Adam and Hunter were nice guys and did an excellent job.
My only complaint was since my mom is elderly, we asked twice to wear mask only in the back part of the house but I refused. Other than that I would use them again.

They called me before 9am on January 14th to tell me they would be arriving shortly (the scheduled arrival was to be between 9 and 10am). They did not arrive until around 10am. I met them in the lobby of my apartment building and put them to work.
Upon completion, I gave them a tip and they lied and said they had worked for 3 hours, claiming they were waiting in the lobby since 9am. That is false, as I went down to the lobby at 9am and spoke with the door person and they were not there yet (there is no place to wait other than in plain sight and they were not there and she has constant view of the door).
They demanded I pay them more money for another hour (they had finished by about noon), even though they did not work 3 hours. I was outnumbered by 2 men and adamantly informed them that I was in the lobby at 9am and they were lying. They insisted so I was forced to give them $60 cash.
Also, attached is a picture in which they loaded the truck incorrectly (furniture is to be loaded first, and boxes last).
