They were on time. But only one person showed up with his wife, rather than a second helper. She worked a few minutes at a time but couldn't lift anything of any weight. The guy was unable to easily walk up and down the truck ramp. I am 67 years old and had to serve as the second mover, and I'm in better physical shape than either of them.
We were simply moving furniture and boxes directly off a truck into an outdoor storage unit right next to the truck. I had a 1100 sf apt, with one bed, 2 couches, a large armoite, and a washer and dryer. Nothing else large or heavy. It was hot, but it took us 4 hours with me working the majority of the time.
I would NEVER use this company again.
