When I called their service to confirm after not hearing from them- "Christen" who was unprofessional did confirm. The day of the move- the time they should have arrived I called to enquire on their stays and she said, "hold on sweetie" and then hung up on me. The day of my move to Texas. I called back and she ignored the call. I called the website back who called her and she was "unable to complete the move" that day. No prior notification. Nothing. Later that evening I emailed her to inform her that she conducted her business poorly- her reply was that it was a "side job" and to "get over it".

No stress move.. about 30 minutes late but that was not a problem. they worked hard and was very nice. The estimated quote was what we paid...no surprises. Will use them again.
