What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I will call & confirm, get an idea of the service you want and need to prepare myself to make your move easier on you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expect me to be on time, courteous and ready to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If loading then make sure all boxes are taped & secured out for the movers to access to make your move quick & easy. Also put your content labels on the side of the boxes. If unloading try to figure where your bigger furniture will be placed the less double work the faster it goes. I personally prefer you to sip your wine/beer and watch how mighty your finger can be.

What training do you provide your crew members?
I have 15 years working with major moving companies going out with the drivers to pack, load & unload. I personally train my guys to ensure best customer service possible.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
