What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our clients can expect us to contact them to discuss the moving information (such as items involved, loading and unloading locations, any underlying concerns, etc.) so that we are best prepared for the move. After discussing the details, a confirmation email will be provided.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our clients can expect our movers to arrive on time and prepared for the move. Our movers will discuss the best approach to most effectively and efficiently load and unload all items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our clients should prepare for moving day by having all items ready to be moved such as having boxes fully packed and taped, and all large furnishings cleared of stuff. For the safety of our movers and our clients pets, we advice that all animals are in a secured location prior to our movers arrival time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Safe & Sound Moving LLC has handled a variety of moves. We have completed small local moves with only a few household items all the way to large long distance moves with hundreds of items of all shapes and sizes. If it can be moved, we can do it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love to be the solution to our clients problem. At the end of a move, we love to see our clients happy with how quickly and efficiently the move was and how well we organized their possessions. We strive to keep our customers satisfaction and to make it a pleasureful experience for our clients and our crew.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our crew members by discussing the proper methods to safely and effectively complete a move by going over our detailed Safe & Sound manual. We encourage our crew to always practice safety and to always put the customers needs first. All of our crew members will pass a hands on training program where we ensure they comply with our operating standards for Safe & Sound Moving LLC.
