The person I spoke to first was Landon,Very nice and professional. I reserved and spoke to Landon about the move 3 or 4 days before the move. Everything was set and ready until the day of the move. Landon and his worker where suppose to be there at 11:00am. I got a call from Landon at about 9:30am telling me his worker couldn't come as he had other plans. Landon said that he could possible come late that afternoon if his worker was done. I told him we had to have the truck back by 3:00pm and the move was out of town 2 hours away. Landon said well I can go and get my friend but he's an hour away so I won't be there on time. Landon and his friend showed up late but they did come..............
They moved two small rooms in 2 hours and we were thinking everything was good until we got home and found my big jewelry box was broken in half and a lot of the boxes and plastic bins had fliped over and dumped out all over the place. I would not use them again!!!!
They don't know a thing about how to pack a moving truck! Common sense would have told them to pack bigger and heaver items on the bottom and smaller lighter things on top and to tie down things down!
better. I guess when the owner "Landon" is a young kid and so is the friend what can you expect..............
Wish he was as professional of a mover as he was when we spoke the first time. :(
