The movers were extremely friendly and worked quickly, but perhaps a little too quickly. They were rough with boxes and furniture and stacked boxes without regard for the proper side up. Bottom line, they got the job done but at the expense of roughing up some stuff.

We had 2 movers help us for 2 hours of unloading a truck. They arrived on time, and the communications between the company and hire a helper was very straightforward. Of the two movers, one was fantastic. He worked very, very hard, and he was respectful of our property. He was a very pleasant person and we enjoyed working with him.
The other mover was not helpful at all. He would not lift heavy objects (he would test them first and set them back down if they felt heavy). He mostly stayed in the truck moving things to the end and did not help carry hardly anything into the house (which is infuriating because that is what they are hired for). He was disrespectful of our things, to the point that he argued with my fiance over how to move something. We were completely appalled by this. He was about as helpful as a sullen pre-teen.
I would use this company again ONLY if I was guaranteed to receive two movers who would both do their jobs well.

I liked them and they did a good job EXCEPT for moving the refrigerator. They tried to move the refrigerator with the doors on down the steps to the front door and it was too large. As a result the wood staircase was damaged and the refrigerator door handle broke. The disappointing part is that they didn't inform me of either, so they were out the door before I realized I had damage. I do not know what recourse I have at the moment.

The two men showed up on time, they were very professional and begin work immediately. They took extra precaution to make sure none of our furniture or other items were damaged. We had them for two hours, They worked continuously and completed the job with about five minutes to spare. I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing help moving.
