They was late arriving to the job. The moves slow which made me have to pay for extended time. They took my door off the hinges to move furniture in. Once they finished they left without putting doors back on the hinges. I called them and ask them to come back to fix it they said she and never showed up. Called again and they sent me to voice mail. Very dissatisfied with the service. The owner of the company was nice and professional but they employees he hired to do the work are being his business down fire them immediately.

Mover's response:

We do apologize for your experience. The guys showed up within 10 minutes of the start time and completed the move within 3 hours. Our crews are trained to perform each move as efficiently as possible. They were being rushed thru the move as to avoid extra time being needed. This caused them to forget about the door. The crew had left the property but they did answer your call when you reached out about the door. They immediately called the owner. You then spoke to the owner and he told you he would personally put the door back on. When he called to let you know he was on his way you stated you had the door on already.

Carlos and Jahid showed up at my house earlier than scheduled and got right down to business! They were courteous and professional. They were excellent at packing the moving truck and knew how to maximize space! They helped in making this transition a smooth one. I'd definitely recommend them!
