Our Crew4 crew showed up timely and worked tirelessly for 8 hours straight. Hardly took time to eat or drink. They were courteous and respectful of our property. We were very pleased and thankful to get such a hard working crew. Highly recommend !

They were a little late but I live out of the way. One knowledgeable fellow, 2 brawn Despite the checklist provided info that they needed tools, because items required dismantling, they were completely empty handed. Not even a Phillips screwdriver or wrench. Since I was packed we wasted much time liking fir Allen wrenches, screw drivers etc. after half packed although every rib in the pod provides ring hooks for ratchet straps, only one had Been used. I did request that they unload a portion and strap in the items. I started with 12 and was left with 8 because I complained. I’m not confident of this job, although the fellows were nice and worked hard. I wrapped everything. Breakable had tons of blankets. I’ve moved before and while they kept complaining that I was given a bad estimate on the POD size, but only one large couch didn’t fit and I was expecting that. I’m disappointed in the company, not the fellows. Willing hard workers and vet nice. I hope it gets there in the same number of pieces as it went out. I hope my crew on the Florida end is just as nice but prepared to put everything back together!
Thank you for your review. All crews are equipped with tools for jobs so that was definitely a lack of responsibility on the movers part but their vehicle they were assigned to this morning had to be towed, thus causing the delay, they walked back to the shop to get on the road asap in a different vehicle, I don't know for sure but I will assume they left the tools behind by accident. As I stated the previous day the ratchet straps you had were more than enough. 4 straps work for a 16ft pod. You also did state that about the couch before the move aswell so im not sure why that's even brought up as an issue. We do appreciate your feedback and will take your concerns into consideration for our future clients.

On time arrival. Very efficient and friendly. Intelligent packing/loading with an amazing use of truck space. All stayed in place over bumpy NY and PA roads.

Crew4 was a very good choice for us. They came to unload my moving truck after we'd driven halfway across the country, and honestly I doubt my family could've done the job ourselves. The two guys who came to help, Tyrell and Drew, were more than helpful, and were also very respectful of our needs and our furniture and boxes. They were great fun to chat with while they were over, and did the job very well. When I move again, I'll certainly consider using Crew4.

There was initial concern when the team showed up 15 minutes late. But loading was 30 miles out of town and did appear to play a role in the late appearance. After they showed up everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

They were a little late (12-1pm window, but arrive at 2pm). A bedroom door was damaged by a dresser. However, the crew was friendly and apologetic. They referred me to corporate for an insurance claim to fix the door.
My crew told me that he had tripped and hit the door. Sorry to hear that. Rest assured we will take care of it accordingly for you. Thank you!

At the time they gave me. I had quite a few glass items- large curio cabinet and an antique China closet and they handled them with great care. Placed items where I asked and asked what else they could do for me!
