The two men arrived on time and moved everything without damage. They didn't have the extra touches that some movers provide though.

For example, they arrived carrying nothing but a dolly which I thought was a little strange considering I had informed them that they would need tools. They therefore used some of my personal tools because theirs were in their truck apparently. I ended up helping them a lot (I am a female) by either lifting couches, etc, or by suggesting ways they could move things out. They "finished" with the furniture 45 minutes early and were ready to head out. Since I was required to pay for 2 hours, I asked them to move some boxes for me which they did but not necessarily with enthusiasm. They also did not help me put all of my drawers back together.

I am not sure if I would use them again because I enjoy having the extra attention that other movers again.

Mover's response:

We arrived on time with a dolly, we don't need more than a dolly since the move is next door. Apartment 601 to Apartment 603. Moving was made with no damage on walls or furniture. We have a policy that we ask 3 times before we leave if the customers needs any other help. We finished early, yes, we work fast, accurate and smart. You offered to move some items, we mention to you you don't have to. We would like to offer a you a 1 hr 1 mover discount in you next moving , friend or family.

Both of the two movers worked very hard and fast to complete the job in under the time frame I had planned. Both really good at moving big items into tight spaces without damaging walls and floors. I would recommend!
