I was notified there would be a delay well in advance due to another job. It was not problem, they called when they were on their way about 20 mins later they arrived. I showed them where I wanted certain boxes & most were already label to what room they went. The guys went right to work in emptying the POD & in about an hour & forty minutes they were done.. The guys were very polite I would hire them again as well as recommend them. Thank you so much for helping me.

Reliable Moving Services is awesome! We hired 2 guys for 4 hours (one of which was one of the owners of the company). The job turned into an 8 hour job due to us moving out of a highrise. They only had 1 elevator and a long trip to the loading dock. They worked very hard, never complained and never stopped until the job was done! My fiance was able to work and not worry about the move b/c they took care of everything. Reliable Moving Serivce brought thier own moving supplies, they were on time (a little early per our request), none of our furniture was damaged and I would recommend them to anyone. When the moving job was complete they even offered to go with my fiance to the furniture store to pick up our new sofas. Reliable Moving Service goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I Hired 3 helpers for 4 hours to unload my 10x30' storage unit onto a 24 ft moving truck. My son-in-law was flying in that night to drive the truck up to RI. I choose the start time to be between 10-11am. The 3 helpers arrived at the storage unit around 11am. One of the helpers had a little car trouble. But as soon as they arrived they were eager to get right to work, very pleasant, respectful and interested in hearing any requests I mentioned. They worked hard and wrapped items to protect them, I had quite a few glass items. They used proper equipment necessary to move all my very heavy items. They worked well together. It looked like we were gonna get a rain storm and they began taking necessary precautions so my items wouldn't get wet or ruined. I was very pleased with them and thought they did a great Job. I actually choose a truck bigger than I needed and they shared their concerns with me and they made suggests so my items wouldn't shift during the long drive by using straps and they tied down some items. I was greatful they had the necessary supplies with them that I needed. I would use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their move. They saved me alot of time and efford. They were well worth the money.

The three movers were on time, prepared, and worked hard to get the job done ahead of schedule. They were professional and respectful of the property; nothing at al was damaged. I would use Reliable Moving Services again in the future.

For the most part, the guys were good. I only had one issue with the company. They did not come as scheduled and was hours late. However, the manager/owner did keep me informed and we agreed that later wasn't the worst thing because I didn't have any time constraints. They were scheduled for around 2 pm but didn't show up until 7:30pm. Once they arrived they helped my husband with the heavy things in no time and they even set up the washer & dryer without being asked. They came prepared with hand trucks and other tools to get the job done. They were very friendly and courteous. The company did refund a small amount for inconveniences with is always a plus. I would recommend them and use them again myself.

The movers were late, but they called ahead of time. In fact, because the original team were stuck at another location, the business owner ended up coming to do my move. They were awesome! Great personality, efficient, hard working despite the heat, rain and narrow stairs. Would use them again and recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
