They worked hard. They only had 2 of the three guys show up. But the 2 guys were very good and worked well together. My son carried the work of the missing guy. Would recommed them. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they were a little bossy and did things their way and didnt try and do it our way in the storage faciilty. For us to Get to the things we need in the storage facility we will have to empty the whole 10X10 unit. But overall great team and very hard working. Would Recommend. Anthony J Amadeo

At first sign up, received email that Rizco could not do the job. Then got call from Rizco that they could. Finally go call from HIRE A HELPER to straighten out. 30 minutes before arrival got call from Maria that neither helper spoke English .... what the .........? Good workers! and good price but this was all handled wrong

Very professional! They arrived early, started fast and were able to load a lot of our belongings carefully in the truck that will take them to our new home.

The guys did their job quickly finishing in 2.5 hours instead of the contracted 4. However, they could have taken a little more time and care. Instead of having 2 people lift the piano onto the dolly, as should be done, one person jerked it out from the wall alone breaking an already fragile leg. Also, the truck was not packed as efficiently as it could have been resulting in us using more space that we had contracted for when we could have used much less had it been packed correctly. I'm also concerned about breakage of plastic containers that should have been packed on top of boxes, not on the bottom but we knew that was a risk when we packed them. It was difficult to communicate what needed to be done as only one person on the crew spoke any English and our Spanish is limited at best. Overall, the job got done quickly and at a lower price than other movers we were considering.
