The guys were great! They were on time and got right to work. I booked them for 2 hours, but wound up needing them for almost 5. They were totally fine with it and continued to work hard. No furniture was damaged in the move. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of moving labor help.

We all know timing is very important for any move and although I scheduled movers for 1-2 PM:
They showed up at 9AM - 4 HOURS EARLY!! and complained about the drive from West Palm so they asked not to leave. (That's all I needed on move day)
I called management and got VM, NEVER a return call, no accountability on their part. So I asked to give me 1.5 hrs to start. I showed them the 1-2 PM appointment print out, I wondered, why am I negotiating with their help when the appointment was wrong!

Caught by surprise and not ready as I planned to be organized by 1:00. AS A RESULT, the actual move created more work for me, oh my back!.
The actual movers did as good a job as they could,
So, if you want to chance scheduling errors go for it. You may not have anyone to call!!!
They should have refunded, a portion of my $, proactively as in good business.

I couldn't ask for better helpers. They showed up EARLY, they were well spoken and professional, they took very good care of our boxes, and they worked very hard. I had a 16 foot POD that was PACKED, and they had it emptied in under two hours...My thanks to the people at HTM for a very professional job.

The guys from Home Town Moving were great! They helped my son back the truck up to the building for better positioning. Stayed to finish the job even though it took twice as long as I had estimated. They were very pleasant even though they were hauling my things up three flights of stairs and sweating like crazy. Every box and piece of furniture was treated with great care.
They wore shirts with the company logo which I found very professional and reassurring that they were legit.
They are the only movers for me!

I ran in to a tight spot the night before the schedule moved when my roomate was called to work. I emailed the company and they confirmed their arrival 5 minutes later. A 2 man crew showed up and moved 40 boxes, 2 beds and 3 couches in a half hour. It was a thing of beauty. The rest of the companies I was contacting did not get back to me 2-3 days after the move was done. Great company. Ask for aaron!!

I hired two helpers to unload two PODS. They arrived on time and did an excellent job not unloading the contents of the PODS, but also assembling beds, tables and chins hutch. I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. I would have no problem recommending them and using Home Town Moving Company again!
