These guys saved the day! Our first movers had a mix up & were not going to get to us till about 6-7pm. Hire a helper found these guys who got here by 5pm& when it started pouring rain, they waited around to finish up as soon as the weather improved. They were here till after 8pm but all the things got out of our PODs. They were friendly, and careful& asked about everything before they did it. They did a great job!

Had to wait awhile for truck to come. When I mentioned we might need them longer, TJ informed me they didn’t garuntee that. TJ say they booked another job 90 minutes after our time frame. Good thing I didn’t need them longer.

The guys completed your job request within the duration of the time you booked. As it relates to additional hours, customers are able to book additional hours upon booking their jobs. As stated on the aggreement,we can’t gaurantee additional time upon arrival as that varies on scheduling of other jobs.
