Team Costello is highly rated in providing moving labor services in and around Central Florida. We have been in business since 2016 and have a staff of 14 to insure all jobs get completed on a daily basis. We provide our own equipment such as dollies, floor dollies and lifting straps.

They don’t deserve even 1 Star. Use any other company. Confirmed time Wednesday and Thursday didn’t show up and blamed Uhaul, we booked with Budget, then wouldn’t answer any other phone calls from us or Hire a helper. Because of them we almost lost the sale of our home due to not getting out in time as well as $150 more in finding last minute help. Reviews once were good and that’s what I went off of and sadly I was mistaken. Book with any one else. Don’t let what happen to us happen to you. It turned into a day of tears because of this company.

Did not show. At 1020 am received a text stating they will not be there until 100 pm. I tried contacting them at 200 pm no answer no reply, they never came. Hire a helper charged my card now I have to wait 3 days to get a credit for a job that was never done. Do yourself a favor Call and speak with a company directly. Hire a helper charged my credit card without checking to see if job was done. Costello movers does not have the decency to tell you they are not showing up. Bad business. Still never spoke with anyone from company. This is the new Customer service. Text people and never call or answer and speak directly to you. Would have been better off with Abbot and Costello.

Hired for 11/2. Apparently their van broke down, never bothered to contact me until I received an email form Hire a Helper. Totally left me hanging, never called even after I left 5 messages with them. Hire a helper did not let me know either of the cancellation until 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive

Team Costello could not have done anything better. It was all as if it were scripted.
They arrived earlier than we did and we were on time. They texted me to tell me they were there but not to rush. They were very polite, actually friendly. Basically all we needed to do was tell them what room the item needed to be in. So efficient, they got done quickly. We will use them again!

Crew came right on time and completed the move efficiently. I thought the price was high but we did have to schedule it last minute since the first crew (from the u-haul website) canceled 45 minutes before they were to come. This crew was wonderful and would recommend them very highly.
