Big Boys moving did a great job as soon as they got here, they were 4 hours late due to rain. And they got everything done in 2 hours instead of the 3 I prepaid for, and I was not compansated for that hour.

We unfortunately cannot control weather and traffic delays. We appreciate the fact that you stated we did a GREAT job. We accepted the job for three hours not two and you were correctly charged for three hours. Thank you.
