We were a little disappointed when we found out there was only going to be two men moving our possessions rather than three (due to illness). However, the two that came worked hard and were able to finish the job in three hours, which is what we had hoped for with the three men. Since we did not get the three men that were promised the company honored my request to refund us a portion of what we paid and they did so quickly and without complaint. The company as well as the two men that moved us were professional and careful. I would definitely recommend them.

They came at the last minute to help with our move due to another company canceling on us during the time they was supposed to be here. I booked 3 hours and they did it in 2. I highly recommend the guys that came. Will definitely refer them to anyone

They worked very hard and took extra caution with moving my furniture. They were extremely respectful of the property and my furniture. With our whole apartment packed up, we booked same-day service and the guys showed up on time and ready to help. In 4 hours they loaded a 16 foot truck from a second floor apartment, and unloaded everything in our house 30 mins away. We could not be happier and wish we booked them from the start!! Thank you!!!!!!

The staff from Smart Solutions Moving did a wonderful job unloading our moving cubes with 1 unload being unloaded into a moving truck to drive to the home for unloading and 1 unload into the storage unit. Luckily their ratchet straps worked in the moving truck we secured since ours would not; they took care when packing the moving truck. We appreciated their professional and efficient work, friendly interactions, and definitely recommend and would use them again.
