I hired Carter Moving to help with my daughters move. DeShun and Reese came out today and exceeded my expectations. They communicated when they were on their way and showed up on time. They were both very professional, polite and very conscientious. They quickly got to work and packed everything extremely well. I couldn’t have done without their help. I would absolutely use their service again without hesitation!!!

I will definitely be hiring this team again! They didn’t up charge like many companies do which I found to be very admirable. Hired for two hours completed in 1.5. Moved a one bedroom apartment in the same complex.

DO NOT HIRE Carter moving! Gary, the owner, is completely incapable of running a business as he is unorganized, cannot tell the truth, and will not answer his phone if he thinks someone may be upset with his service. They never showed and when it was close to time for them to arrive I iMessaged Gary and ask what time I should expect them and the message went through as "read". He texts back 45 minutes later and says he left the phone in the truck and that they would be by maybe 45 minutes later. 3 hours and 6 missed calls later they are still not able to help and has one of the movers call to apologize. They were still supposed to show but they couldn't give a time. Meanwhile it was almost 100 degrees outside and I had the cleaning crew waiting on them and was on overtime for my moving truck. Gary still will not answer my calls but will text me. He says they can come the next morning. I told him that wouldn't be needed as I had secured another moving company. He said he would put it in his notes that I had cancelled. I told him I did not cancel and that they did not show up. I was still charged full price and had to contact hireahelper.com to resolve the issue.

They were efficient, hard working, on time, and did a good job. They came prepared and had the proper equipment to move furniture, boxes, and appliances. Ian, who was the lead man, pointed out any damaged items, had me take photos of the damaged items in the pod and more photos of each item out of the pod, and explained that I would need these for insurance claims with the company that loaded the pods and the pod company. They were very careful as they moved the furniture and boxes into the house, being careful not to ding the walls and trim. I would recommend them for packing, loading, and unpacking if you are looking for someone to handle your next move.

Carter services never showed to do the move. Two hours later we called carter services and he gave us another helper service. The guys that showed up were great. I receive a call from carter services asking for a payment which I later found out he should have not done that. I was suppose to go through hire a helper. They arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They were very efficient, moved quickly and were very careful not to damage anything. Very pleasant and friendly. Would certainly use them again if the need arises and would highly reccomend them.
