Didn't call, didn't show. Found out later that they had drop out of the system 2 weeks earlier, so a lot of the blame has to be on Hire a Helper as they didn't monitor enough to even know this. HaH did manage to find me a last minute company (Big Boy Gentle Movers) that was great, and they covered any additional cost due to price difference as well as an additional 5% discount (whopping $13 out of over $207), but it put me 4 hrs behind on my 700 mile move as well as added stress to a very stressful event.

Tim and his helper were very hard workers and were very respectable of my furniture and boxes. They got the job done quickly and I would highly recommend their services.

Showed up late, was only him and 1 young guy rather than the 3 men contracted, took 4 hours to load as opposed to the 1 1/2 he estimated. Worst part was they damaged some things, I was willing to overlook most of it with the exception of damage to the paint job on my Audi from his young helper dropping a TV stand and shattering glass all over it. But what really pissed me off was that he lied to hireahelper and stated the TV stand was dropped by the front door when in fact it had been sitting in the garage for sometime to be loaded last and it was dropped in the garage not 2 feet away from my car. Having an accident is one thing but lying about it is absolutely unacceptable, DO NOT hire this person!

I wanted two MEN.. He brought a 10 year old boy to help not a man. Also didnt pack the truck the way we wanted and didnt listen. Also tore up some of our stuff trying to shove it into the truck.

Tim the Mover was very professional and reliable. He communicated with us prior to move day and was very punctual. He was hard-working and efficient, and made great use of his time while loading - he was also extremely careful with our furniture. I would highly recommend and use Tim again.

Tim was responsive, highly competent, and worked tirelessly. He well communicated his ETA for arrival and then arrived on time. He and his helper worked until POD was empty and house full with stuff where I wanted it. He was careful with furniture not bumping into walls or scratching floors. Moving is a challenge and Tim the Mover made it almost pleasant!
