This company was a great company to work with. I had scheduled them for 4 P.M. on Saturday afternoon, but due to some problems with the Uhaul truck and the weather, I had to call and reschedule three times. Finally, we completed the move on Sunday. They were very flexible, willing to make changes, and always available by phone. The two men that arrived were very polite, careful, and hard working. They did not complain or drop furniture even when they took it up 3 flights of stairs. I would recommend them to all my friends, and when I move to a place I buy, I will definitely hire them again.

Springs Movers did not show up or answer their phone all day on the scheduled move day. when i finally got someone to answer the phone after working hors, they thought the appointment was for the next day. Did not seem concerned that a customer was left without the service they were promised and a rental truck with no movers. Never use this outfit as they are unreliable and have no accountability in their service. Hire a helper is at fault as well for taking out payment before service was completed. this is not how your process is set up according to your website. i am now without 250.00 dollars going on 4 days for a SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED! terrible business ethics displayed by bothe companies.

My fiancee and I are Very Pleased and impressed with Spring Movers. Ryan and his employees are professional, courteous, and hard working. Of Spring Movers priorities were; Customer interaction, concern for safety of customers property, and customer satisfaction.
Ryan’s employees packed our 17’ U-Haul with great care and used every bit of space available in the truck (top to bottom!). When the job was completed, very little empty space was available. You will need to supply furniture pads (which they will need and use) and tie-downs (which they will need and use).
My fiancee and I will, at any time highly recommend Spring Movers. Spring Movers are very competitive in their pricing, prompt, and again, hard working.

They arrived late as they were delayed from a prior job.
They were good at moving the items (even heavy items). Cared for the customer. Waited on instructions from the customer and followed them. Dedicated. Quick. Would recommend Ryan for future moves.

These guys showed up and did work. They worked hard, fast, efficently, and did a professional job. They were also quite friendly and personable. I made sure i got their business cards when done, which i have already passed on, I highly recommend them.

The guys who came to move the furniture were polite and courteous. They moved all of our furniture (a one bedroom apartment) in under two hours. The guys were prepared with two hand trucks, which is more than I can say for the other company I hired to move our things down here. However, I am fairly certain that these movers were responsible for damaging my grandfather clock. Even supposing that they did not damage it, they certainly did not tell me that it was damaged when they took it off the truck, and they were the last to touch it. So.
I was never made aware of any damage prior to this review. Always let me know and I'll take care of it. We usually won't move a damaged piece until we make sure the customer is aware of it. In the case we weren't the only movers that moved it, (just unloading) we would have takin a high def picture on the truck before unloading had we noticed it. Thank you for calling us out and enjoy your new place.

The movers were 2.5 hours late, which put me into a bind for getting things done that I needed to do before picking up my fiance from the airport. I understand that they were held over on the previous job by unexpected demands of the client, but it still put undue stress on me and threw a glitch into my own agenda. Other than that, they were good, hard workers. My only other complaint was that I was required to pay a 2 hour minimum, and it only took them 45 minutes to load the truck as I was fully packed and prepared, and didn't have that much stuff. Although this doesn't reflect on the actual service the workers provided, I definitely feel like I overpaid.
