We provide service throughout the Tri-State Area (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, 80 miles from the city of Philadelphia) From In-home moves to the loading/unloading of trucks, trailers, storage units/containers, we coming prepared. Bringing dollies, blankets and plastic wrap so that your furniture is well protected, as well as tools to assemble or disassemble house hold furniture.

Overall, the move went well and the team was satisfactory. Would give a 3.5 if allowed....they were nice guys who just need more experience. Here are the pros and cons:
PROS: on time. communicative. respectful to each other and myself. conscientious of space and belongings. positive attitudes- no complaining or hesitation re a BIG job. FAST! We unloaded 2 pods in less than 2 hours
CONS: no floor coverings were put down on hardwood or carpeting, resulting in soiling of carpets on stairs and bedrooms. There was a pretty sizable chunk taken out of one wall that was not discovered until after they left, which was disappointing (would have preferred that they told us rather than discovering it later that night). it will be easy enough to fix. They did not have a dolly or any carry straps for larger or awkward items, which also made for some cringe-worthy moments with some of our more sizable pieces. Items were haphazardly left in rooms with no organization or confirmation as to placement preferences from owner.
Overall, these guys were more good than bad, and I would consider them again for a smaller move. A huge cross country move into a 4 bedroom house may have been a bit more for them than they were ready for. We should have taken the time to do a walkthrough afterwards to address some of the placement, and survey any damage, so that's on us. Basically nice guys who tried hard. Overall a positive experience.

Incredible is an understatement. This team of movers constantly amazed us with their skill and positive attitude. They worked long and hard to make sure our items were securely packed and space was well-utilized. I highly recommend Pluto Movers and would certainly hire this company again.

It was my first time using HireAHelper and Pluto movers. I was pleasantly surprised by quality of service. Guys from Pluto Movers were on time, they called me ahead of time to confirm what time they will be on site. I had 16 ft truck and was worried that not all items would fit. One thing to know about Pluto Movers - they are "Tetris Champions" ) They packed everything so nice and tight that everything fitted and there were no damage on arrival (long distance move). If you need reliable guys for moving - pick Pluto Movers and you won't regret this. I strongly recommend them.

I liked the crew very much. I just wish they realized sooner not everything would fit into the POD at such a late hour. That said, they did all they could. They were honest and very careful. The week they came, the move was delayed by both the pod company and a tropical storm, but Pluto was as flexible as possible. This crew had to exhausted trying to catch up so the oversights of some items is hardly an issue for me. They were professional, courteous and always wore their masks

I would highly recommend Pluto Movers! They worked extremely hard, were super nice and friendly, and they really went above and beyond to make sure our belongings were safe and protected. We will definitely be using Pluto’s again the next time we move. Their prices are fair and reasonable too! Don’t hesitate to book them, you won’t regret it!
