What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
My average customer will typically not be composed, in a disarray and perhaps short tempered due to the Summer heat. I listen and truly take the time to hear my client vent on how they are not ready to move and they are feeling overwhelmed. As stated before by my previous customers, employees and MOM - I am a very composed person when it comes to High stress situations. I am collected and lead a team. Which means to you - I'll guide and direct you to distract you from your current mind situation.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have a balanced breakfast, enjoy the memories of your home that you're leaving. Review your list of turning on or off your utilities. Many times we have moved in the DARK or no WATER in the new home. Literally I'll take care of everything else.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has been apart 10k transactions since 2015. We handle office moves, local moves and have been known to load up your Uhaul truck and drive that out and unpack your belongings.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was raised in a military family and although moving can be high stress for families, its just another day in the office for me to handle your move in a quick and swift manner.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All employees go through a 6 month on the job training. We do offer many services to prep someones home for market and therefore I need to make sure my employees feel the most comfortable on a job site. NONE of my employees are thrown out to the wolves and expect to figure it out. My name and company name are attached to me and I take pride in my business and the operations of it.
