The crew stayed in touch with us concerning their arrival time. They introduced themselves and went right to work unloading our "pod". They worked quickly and efficiently. None of our property was damaged. I was very impressed with the professionalism of MHME. The crew was prompt, polite and even swept out the pod when they had completed unloading it. I would HIGHLY recommend MHME to my friends. Thank you very much. It made our move from Northern Illinois an easier transition.

My helpers were two clean cut, well spoken, strong, hardworking young men who packed my POD in the allotted time. They were able to pack it quite fully, preventing me from ordering a second one, which was my fear. I joked with my friends that I wanted to take them along with the POD to assure such good service at my destination. I had not used PODS or M.H.M.E. before, but, if needed, I'd certainly call again.

When I spoke to Eugene on the Oct. 20th re: this move, he advised me that they were very experienced in packing pods and ensuring that the load would be well balanced and secured with lots of rope which the packers would bring with them. When the he packers arrived they had no rope and had to leave to pick some up. The move went fairly well and it looked like the pod was packed well but the rope they tied certainly was NOT tied so as to have a securing effect. Thankfully we noticed this and were able to tighten up the last part of it at the end of the load so it would hold the end pieces more securely in place.

Contact from time I contracted for the job was very good. Details were reviewed with me the day before the load and before he loaded, the mgr of the crew asked for a walk through of the house so he could assess packing needs & distribution of load. He was very competent and stayed focused on the job until done. The crew was able to stay as long the job took even though I had initially hired for 4 hours.
I would definitely use again in a heart beat.

MHME helped me out big time! Another provider dropped the ball and MHME picked it up for me same day with very little notice. We were on a tight deadline with the container possibly being picked up soon and MHME assured me that they would do whatever was necessary to ensure it all went smoothly. That was a huge relief with all the stress of moving. Mike and Matt both worked very hard and did a tremendous job! They even finished ahead of time! I would definitely request both of them and use MHME again. Great job! Thanks...

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
