Blaine and Matthew showed up on time, got right to work and loaded my two PODS containers completely in 7 hours. They worked extremely hard, took very few breaks, and were careful in wrapping and placing my furniture, boxes, and other goods inside the containers.
I would rate them 5 stars.

My helpers were on time and prepared to work. They were experts at packing my pod with the security of my items in mind. They were respectful of my items and treated them with care. They were able to work with me to accomplish my moving goals quickly and efficiently.

They were later than the estimated time, but they kept me informed and it was understood that they had an earlier job and I live WAY out, so that was not a problem. They did a fantastic job of packing and protecting my things, but we had to do a little "juggling" as the POD people were supposed to leave some pads and MHME had said, when they called, that the men would bring paper pads. They didn't have the paper pads and the POD people hadn't left any in the POD.

Two guys loaded a sixteen foot Pack Rat in three hours. They moved everything out of the house with skill, wrapped what needed to be wrapped and used every available space in the shipping container. No complaints.

My entire experience with M.H.M.E. Moving Solutions was great. The customer service was excellent making the whole project easy to set up and understand. The whole process on moving day ran smoothly thanks to the two guys who worked my order. It was getting late at night, but the guys never complained and were actually very pleasant the entire time they worked.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
