The crew of two arrived on time. After checking floorplan, attached a front door protector and a carpet by the entrance - a very good sign..! The job was to empty two fully loaded PODS-container. That job went very smooth. Not one offloaded item was damaged. Nor was any damaged done to the house. So relieved to have such a professional crew. They had the needed equipment for offloading some heavy pieces.

They are a shining example to others of what customer service means. Fino, group leader was a very effective communicator. He was very knowledgable about his company's system protocol. He makes a positive contribution to company in every aspect ! We would say that Fino seems to be a steadfast and loyal employee, and works well with his co-workers as a leader. He would be very hard pressed to replace, that's for sure. All of the crew stayed on task AND it's evident that all of them can MULTI task (explain things as they are working), and be done in good order. I hired "Hire a Helper" to load a 12 foot Packrat container. The two workers arrived on time, quickly assessed the job and got started. They wasted no time but took care with everything they moved. They professionally packed the pod with 4,000 lbs of furniture and boxes in 2 hours. I hope to use them in a few months when we are ready to move in.
