DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! No one ever contacted me, no one answers the phone or responds to messages. I called many many times the day before and the day they were supposed to be here. One time someone called me back from the number and it was the most unprofessional experience for me. When I finally got someone on the phone who knew what I was talking about, she PROMISED me they would be here the day of my move and reassured me everything was in the system - said she would call me back later in the afternoon to review again. I never heard from her. We waited and waited for them to show up on moving day and NOTHING. Then (7 hours after they were supposed to be here) I get an email from them canceling my services. HireAHelper.com said they would be removed from their site (and also told me that another customer called and complained that this company didn't show for her move either) - I just want to make sure my experience with this company is available so someone else who can't afford expensive services doesn't make the same mistake as I did and use this company. DON'T do it unless you don't care if your help shows up or has any kind of professionalism. MY JOB HERE IS DONE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
