DO NOT HIRE ALL IN THE FAMILY MOVERS. They were a no-show. We tried to call and they’re voicemail was full. Hireahelper was great and found us other movers but don’t hire this company.

They showed up almost an hour late. One of the movers did very little lifting at all. The movers also carried out the least heavy stuff, leaving the heaviest stuff for us to carry. (This is the opposite of what we asked them to do.) We also paid extra to have them lift a 400lbs treadmill deck up a flight of stairs, but when they got here, they said they couldn't do it, so they left it in the garage. They did not refund us for the specialty work.

My husband and I had to go back and move out the heaviest stuff ourselves the next day, and we had to hire additional movers to carry the treadmill deck to the second floor. I would not recommend or hire again.

Moving my furniture in, they punctured a wine cooler and tried to move a heavy cabinet with one person. This did not work out as the cabinet fell off, it damaged one door to where it would no longer close and scratched the frame all over. They said don’t worry about it, we can fix it. It has been 2 months now and I still have no door and cannot get anyone to return my calls. On the wine cooler, they claimed “it was not them.”

wanted 4 guys and 3 showed up. when i talked to one of them on phone said the 3 of them could have it done in 3.5 hrs. they had just done one. well took 3 guys 5 hrs which is fine. they worked hard. one guy was new only 2 weeks on job so he tired out quick. but my customer was happy. i would possibly use them again.
