No Show- They were running late and did not call to let me know. I was here 15 minutes early for our 11-12 pm start time. I reached out to see what time they were coming right at 12pm and that I needed to get going soon. They were still 45 minutes away finishing the previous job. I let the mover know I would wait. I also expressed to Brandon that this was messing up my schedule and I could have gotten so.e other things done had they let me know. Brandon cancelled on me at that point even though I told him I would wait, and they didn't show. A little communication would have gone a long way. I was never hostile or inappropriate. Brandon just does not care about doing business in a professional manner. I have lost a half days work and have to pay an extra day for the trailer I rented, drag it back and forth 50 miles again and find more help to do this tomorrow. I am a single parent and have to pick kids up from school an hour away... which I why I scheduled the appointment time that I did. This has cost me a lot of time and extra money, just because Brandon can't be bothered to communicate or take steps to complete a commitment. He lied to Hire a Helper and said I cancelled, but I took screenshots of our text conversation clearly stating I would wait and him clearly stating he was not sending anyone. I hope you feel good about wrecking someone's day Brandon. Maybe you could have offered me $20 off for the inconvenience or some small gesture to make it at least look like you care about your customers.

We had to meet them out of our hometown at a storage facility. It was great that they were waiting when we arrived as we had to get the truck loaded, travel 2 hours, and unload so we could return it. They were careful with our belongings, made sure cabinets were wrapped so doors and drawers wouldn't swing, and packed it tight so that we had plenty of room.

Make sure you let them know if you have anything fragile cause all they will do literally is bring your items in the house with not much care. When they installed my washer and dryer they chiped my door about 6 times and almost blew a gas leak. I also had the guy set up my bed but he didn't have the right tools to tighten the bolts. When I asked him to come back the next day cause the bolt was on wrong and the wrong way he basically said he was to busy. When he called the following day and I asked if I needed to call his manager for a call out he told me not to call his manager cause he would basically cuss me out if nothing was broken. Basically they got my stuff in the house but not with care. None of my friends were available to help me move in the future I'll just wait for people who care. I won't be using them again. Also, while he was leaving he was in such a rush for me to call the number to release the funds. I don't know not very professional at all.

Mover's response:

Christina we dont ever install gas dryers as we are not trained in that field. Second me as the owner you never called me to ask about any of this. If you would have called me I would have rushed out there and fixed the issue
