They showed up to my apartment 30 minutes early and I was in Roseville and had to turn around which was frustrating. They said they had no idea that they were supposed to be there at 11:00 even though my email said 11:00 and the guy that called me confirmed that too. When they started to load my stuff he started talking about what the price is going to be for a extra hour. I told him that I am not paying for a extra hour. He said we will try to get everything moved in 2 hours. Because he said that I did not have him take all my boxes. They were done in a hour! I feel that they were not trying to work for the full two hours that I paid for. I feel I did not get my moneys worth. I will use your company again but I will make sure I utilize the movers for the full two hours!
