Terrance was on time, ready to go, very helpful and did what was asked of him. He followed instructions as well as offered good suggestions. He was very pleasant to chat with and even though we finished way ahead of time, I had NO issues with paying for the full amount. In fact, I called the provider to make sure Terrance would be paid for the full 4hrs I had originally booked. I was very pleased with this process.

I hired this company the same day and they were able to accommodate me. They ran a couple of minutes late however I did hire them only several hours earlier and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. The two men that arrived were easily identified by company shirts nice touch and very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The loaded and unloaded my belongings into a storage unit in record speed. Never once did they linger to try and draw time out which was my experience with another company. I would definitely use again.

Although they were late, we were the 3rd job for the day, and the temperature was in the 90s, they worked incredibly hard. They were professional, respectful, worked well together, and took very good care of all our furniture and boxes. Communication was excellent. They kept us informed of their approximate arrival times during the day as they experienced delays. Their work ethic shown. I would definitely, not only use them again, but recommended them to others.
