They were mostly efficient except they were 45 minutes late. And one man slid the couch across the wood floor causing a scratch 7 feet long which I now have to pay the owners to have it redone. I'm not happy about that. Come see the damage. I believe you insurance should cover it. Please contact me ASAP.

They were friendly professional could tell I was stressed and they made me laugh and assured me they would not stop till the job was complete and they kept their word it was a great experience. They completed within the time frame and the guys sat down and had a cup of coffee before they left. They made me feel like family.

Spoke with them the day before scheduled move and they said they would be there and would strive to get my truck loaded under the time scheduled. They canceled the reservation at the time they were supposed to be here leaving me in a predicament of finding someone to help me get my furniture out of my house later than the last minute. NOT happy. Unreliable company, do not use.
