The guys that came were on time and very nice. I would recommend them to someone else. I just feel like we had to make sure about how things were packed on the truck, since the guys were young. I don't think they had much experience in moving, but over all they did a great job.

The two movers were very capable, and courteous. They lifted several heavy items and handled everything with care. They accomplished the move within the time scheduled. They did have problems finding our home, which caused them to arrive about 30 mintues late. One scratch in the drywall resulted from moving a very heavy oak desk up a flight of stairs. Overall, they did a good job.

Wow! The helpers arrived early! We only had the freight elevator for two hours so prompt arrival was essential for our move. All of the crew were very careful with absolutely everthing they moved. They also worked quickly and completed the move faster than we expected. All of the men were very courteous and polite. Excellent!!!

If you're looking for a nightmare, hire these guys! They showed up 6 hours late in a bad mood, they clearly did not want to be doing this job. They said they didn't know it was a 3rd flr apt, when I absolutely let them know. My mother and I ended up moving everything except heavy furniture out of the storage unit ourselves. They took no care with our belongings, broke a glass table top and severly scratched and damaged our furniture. Even after asking them to be particularly careful with a restored dresser. Many pieces were antiques and had been with our family for yrs. After getting everything on the truck and arriving at our home to unload they let me know they would be leaving by 10pm because labor laws they couldn't work any later, even though I had prepaid for five hours of help and they didn't show up until 6pm. So they just shoved all the big pieces of furniture into our small storage unit we have with our apt., so they wouldn't have to take it upstairs. I had blankets an

I reserved and pre-paid for 3 men for 4 hours. Only 2 showed up and while they gave me the same amount of hours as if I had 3 men, (12 altogether) the rate is different, so I actually paid more than I should have because the rate for 2 men is less than 3. The 2 that showed up did a great job.
