Booked a reservation on 03/07/22 for a 2-man 2-hour move to be done on 03/21/22 between 5-6pm. On the day of the move at 5:15pm, I Called the point of contact, Rodney, asking where they were, to which he replied he was out of town and wasn’t aware I had made a reservation. I told him to cancel my reservation and refund my money, which he did. This is not a review of poor service, but a complete lack of professionalism.
