I received notification from the movers on the day before that I was confirmed at 830am. On the morning of the move at 850am, I called to see where the movers were because they were late. No one answered, but about 5 minutes later, I received a text message saying that the scheduler named Brian had made a "slight mistake" in scheduling my move and that the movers were on another job and would be arriving at my location at 1030-- which was two hours late. I explained that what they called a "slight mistake" threw off my schedule for the whole day. The owner then said to me that if anything they'd "make up the time" and my move would be done at 12pm. I didn't trust that and even still with situation like that, my items may have gotten damaged with them trying to "make up the time." At 12pm, I should have been long gone. About 30 minutes later, another moving company - already in the area asked if they could send one of their crews -- available then. I said yes, and texted the owner of this company back and said that since they didn't show up when they were supposed to you, I didn't need them. The owner kinda got nasty when he replied back by text and said "they were on their way, but have a nice day though". How could they have been on their way if you told me they weren't going to get there until another hour and a half later? The owner then told me I had to cancel through Hireahelper and when I logged in to do so, they had already canceled and listed themselves as a no show - which they were not supposed to do. I would advise anyone who is moving to carefully consider ALL aspected of moving. The cheapest rate is NOT always the best option as I learned. I had a long haul move too and this company expected me to accept the fact that they were on another job and I was going to just have to wait. Well, when you have vehicle transport to pick up at a certain time and other requirements, "waiting around" for movers is not the best option. And, getting an attitude from the movers who didn't show is not preferred. I would never recommend this company. The professionalism -- non existent. Learn to not patronize and disrespect your customers as if they're idiots and show them that you value their time and money.

Arrived on time, very polite, knew how to pack the load, I am seldom impressed but Jacoby and Quinn did a great job. We would still be there without the service provided. Would recommend these individuals to anyone. Good Job

Timely, courteous, and professional. Finished the move in under the scheduled time. Took care of our belongings. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have preferred they contacted me prior to the move rather than me having to contact/reach out to them. I would still recommend though. Good job.

The two loaders arrived promptly assessed the job and quickly got the job done in the time prescribed. They even had to unload part of my truck to make room for all of items (correcting a mistake by previous loaders a different company). If I am ever back in Savannah, I know who to call for great service and n excellent job!!
