According to my client, the movers were professional and very efficient: I had a 4-hr window to have my furniture and appliances moved from my home and placed in transportable containers. The movers arrive on time, they had the proper equipment and supplies for the job, they were very respectful of my property and goods, as they handled them with special care. They worked very hard to meet the deadline and were very successful. Since the price to obtain their services were very affordable, I tipped both worker, because they both over exceeded their statement of work in customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my family, friends, associates and other clients.

They haven't moved yet so I can't write a review on that part. However, the arrival time was suppose to be from 11-12pm, they came close to 1pm. Prior to all that, I got a phone call from them at 1130am saying they are driving from Van Nuys and will be at my place by 12 noon. I have work at 3pm and I cannot be late... if hire a helper contact them and they're so far away like that, just decline the request. I rather postpone my move then having to sit there and wait for them a full hour and then end up calling hire a helper to cancel. It wasted my time so I'm really not impressed. Bottom line is if you're so far away, decline the request. What's the point of driving and dealing with rrafffc and knowing you won't make it back in time ? You'll only pissed off the potential customer and then wasted gas driving down. I hope the read this review. Stop accepting requests like that if you can't make it on time.
