We hired All Hands because they were a local company with few reviews We were hoping to be able to provide them with a good review and assist them with obtaining future work as a new company to Hireahelper. However, that is not the case. First, they were late to arrive, arriving at the end of the two hour window for which we hired them, with no call until they pulled into the driveway. Next, upon arriving, they began to tell us that all of our items would not fit in the POD and that our packing materials were subpar. It was insisted that the only way we would get everything into the POD was to allow them to pack all items, even though they were only hired for a few of the heavier items. Once we agreed to proceed, they took nearly three hours to pack only half of the POD, and everything appeared to be just thrown in, with no stability. When questioned about the stability of the packing they rudely informed us that it was unstable because we had subpar packing materials and we were not taking the old mattresses which are "required" for proper packing. They we so intently rude and condescending toward us whenever we expressed concern for our personal belongs, that we finally had to firmly ask them to leave our property. Well, our concerns for our belongings were not unfounded, the one half of the POD which they packed resulted in crushed boxes, bicycle grease on several sofa cushions, broken glass heirlooms, etc. What a disaster and extremely upsetting experience we had with these people and we would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys did great! Punctual, hardworking and professional. Went above and beyond on one of the hottest days of the year. Would not have gotten our move done without their help. We will use them again and refer more business to them.

All Hands did a good job with a challenging move that included tight space in the driveway and an over-sized moving truck that was provided by the moving company. They showed up on time, worked hard and made sure that everything was secure.
