Well to begin with I chose the only day of the week it snowed for the move. Norfolk and Portsmouth were shutting down literally when I arrived. Tony and his crew fought through the snow and still arrived on time. During this snow storm they completed the move and then followed me over to drop off the rental truck. They were more than compleletly professional they treated me like family. I would request them for anyother move I would make.

Tony and his team did a fabulous job of unloading our moving truck. They were extremely flexible with our scheduled time and communicated well throughout. Due to bad weather (snow), they still came and completed the job late in the evening. The team was very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

They were not careful with our expensive furniture at all! They wanted to rush unloading our items.
They scratched our brand new bedroom furniture and then tried to blame us 1st saying it was already there and then saying WE should of hired more than 2 movers when I clearly told the service what kind of furniture we had and how big and heavy it was. I saw them bang our furniture on the truck and against the walls repeatedly when unloading it and trying to move it upstairs. They dragged our furniture on the floor of the truck instead of picking it up.
They were argumentive and said they would send someone out to repair our scratched furniture and we never received a call back from them and nobody showed up to repair our furniture.
They were not professional at all in fact we felt like we hired some bozo's off the street!
We would never use them again!!

Tony and his helper were great! They did everything we asked and more! It was amazing what they did and how they were able to pack the truck! it looked like a puzzle how they fit things in places to save space that I never would have thought of. We got the whole thing done (with 2 packs and unloads to a larger moving trailer) in 3 hours!
I would DEFINITELY reccoomend them to anyone needing some help moving and packing a rental truck
Great job! Too bad we moved to Chicago otherwise I would hire them again to help us unload....

OUTSTANDING in every way! Tony and Mike arrived early and completed the job of loading out 26 foot UHaul truck in an incredibly short time! While I was amazed at the speed at which they worked, I was even more impressed by the fact that they handled everything as if it were their own. Professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly are words often overused, but you more than lived up to their true meanings! Excellence in action was a pleasure to watch!
