I'm cheaper( doesn't mean you don't get quality grade "A"work!!). You get a sense of security, punituality, and hard work at it's best. I'm 6'10 290 lbs... A professional at heart, that gets the job done no matter what. I'm the BEST IN TOWN !! with a low quality price, Fair Price, GET IT ??. I believe in the people and my community to do what's right...despite the CRISIS!!!! We are FAIR and we provide EXCELLENT service. Fair Price Movers is the direction you wanna go. FYI we speak different Languages to accommodate your needs, during the process of your move.

This is what happened. I paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours. Fair Price Movers sent me 2 helpers: Nathan and Polo. They showed up on time. However, Polo disappeared a minute later. He just vanished. Nathan, the other helper, and I started moving boxes. 3o minutes went by Polo was still nowhere near by my apartment or the truck. He finally showed up after 40/45 minutes. I asked him to come to the my apartment and help me and Nathan with the boxes and pieces of furniture. He came upstairs with me and grabbed a moving blanket on his shoulder and walked off. I asked where he was going. He answered me "I am going to the truck and I am working". He just walked out with a BLANKET!!!! He didn't touch a box, or anything at all. Another 30 minutes went by. Nathan and I were moving all boxes, and pieces of furniture. When I had enough and lost my patience over Polo's not doing anything and disappearing on us, I called his supervisor, Carlton. He finally came out of his car. He was sitting in his car that was parked almost 700 foot away from the truck and smoking. Probably Carlton called him. He came out of his car and walked as slow as possible. I am not kidding. I have never seen anyone who can walk as slow as Polo can. He walked towards the truck and me and told me "I would do whatever the **** I want. I am here to do my ****ing job. I will stay in the truck and plan out how to stack the boxes." He literally cursed at me!!!! Really!! I hired you to curse me instead of helping me with my move. He finally moved 2 boxes and bags of our cloths. He was just tossing the bags and boxes on the truck, ripping them all apart. The boxes, bags (what Polo touched and carried to the truck) were all torn up and my books and things were all over the place. He smashed my moving dolly because I asked him to help me and Nathan. He looked at me and dropped my moving dolly hard. So I paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours. I got only Nathan who was very hardworking. Nathan and I did the entire move. And Polo was smoking and taking his sweet time at my expense. During the 2 hours time, I had to call Carlton 3 times to know where Polo was. I was completely pissed. He helped me and Nathan with two pieces of furniture. Don't ever hire Fair Price Movers. Hire Nathan if you need help. He is hardworking, respectful and has very good sense of humor. I would hire Nathan every-time I needed help with moving. Never Fair Price Movers.

Carlton with Fair Price Movers was in contact with me prior to the move and was very friendly and helpful. Day of my move, the team of two men were excellent. They moved my belongings with ease up to a 3rd floor apartment without complaint. They were efficient and done within the time frame. They were even early! I would highly recommend Fair Price Movers and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Unprofessional, unskilled movers. The people that arrived to unload my truck were in dirty tee-shirts and flip flops. I left for one hour to get lunch and cleaning supplies. I returned to be told my two hour booking time was up and my couch would not fit. My truck was still 3/4 full. My bed was not even set up. Because of constant smoke breaks, lack of equipment for example a dolly. It took this crew 4 hours to unload a small one bedroom apartment. The owner whom sat in his truck for majority of my move wanted to “work with me” on the additional 2 hours charge. He agreed to pick up and deliver the piece of furniture that did not fit inside my new home in the future when needed. I tried to contact him to schedule delivery 3 times in the last two months. It never happen! I requested a refund for my advance payment and he refused.

The crew of two people showed up pretty close to the expected time. They worked about 2 hours and loaded all boxes and furniture not wasting any space. We were concerned that not everything will fit in but they managed well.

Customer satisfaction!! To see the joy on their face when job ends...with great report.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train them to be honest,loyal, to be proffessionals first. Secondly training them prpoperly how to pad/cover furniture,how to properly lift....to load/unload trucks to disassemble/reassemble furniture. My crew have great exp but along the way if i get inexperienced workers i will train properly.
