I was a little leery of having someone pack my antique glassware, but I was extremely appreciative and genuinely impressed by how carefully it was handled. They worked steadily and diligently to get the job done, and they were very personable.

The two gentlemen that helped my daughter move apartments in Laramie, WY were outstanding. They contacted me 30 minutes out from the location and were right on time to start moving stuff as well as having all the gear they needed to complete the job. In addition, they did a great job packing the moving truck as well as loading and unloading it. Both were very courteous and asked where things should be placed as they took them into the new apartment. Very fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Movers showed up half an hour after the time range given to us. Arrived smelling marijuana, at least 1-2 of them seemed pretty high. They didnt wrap some of the furniture, which caused to dent or scratch. The organization in the truck was ok, they piled chairs on top of boxes and on top of the head board of the bed, which caused the foot to break and the head board to dent. We had to leave behind patio furniture because they said the truck had no more room, however it had plenty of room, but I think they didnt want to take the mattress out since it was at the back of the truck. I would not hire them again.

We had more stuff than originally contracted for...they took it in stride, added 1 more helper, and finished within the original timetable. They were polite and professional, hardworking and friendly. I would hire them myself again and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing the help. What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
