Never Showed..Lack of Professionalism..Poor Response to My Texts..Would Not Answer Phone..No Respect. Also Cost Me an Extra $ 107 Dollars, Because the Truck could Not Be returned in Time. I also nearly Missed My Flight Home.

This two gentlemen were SO tender, compassionate and sincere. They honored my possessions, even tho I was having to basically throw away memories. I was very emotional and they took their time letting me move at my own pace. (Even hugging me on occasion, with a tender, “Ms. Kathy, we’ll wait
on you.”)
I adored their “bedside matter” I felt they understood my heartache and worked with me. I wish I could have shown my appreciation in a monetary way - to say Thank you??

Movers LA are awesome! We encountered some scheduling changes in our move, and Movers LA were very flexible in our scheduling arrangements. They were also on time for every job, courteous, and worked efficiently.

Would not use la movers again. Problems I had were first they showed up 30min late, but the biggest issue is they sent a crew member that was not capable for my job. I was loading two trucks everything preboxed and hired 3 movers. Not to be sexist but they sent a 50 y/o woman as a crew member leaving all the work for the two and causeing me to need to add an additional hour, which had they sent me what I ordered would not have been needed.
