Even in the snow, they arrived on time and got the job done in very little time. The move was only 7 blocks, but it wasn't something I wanted to deal w/ myself and friends get tired of helping you move after a while.

We had a 16' POD to be unloaded. We had ordered 2 guys for 2 hours. I had to contact the company to confirm, they never reached out to me. Moving day came and our window was 9am-10am, guys finally showed up at 10:15am. They failed to bring dollys to unload. I have never had movers not have dollys. Hire-a-helper was no help, they basically told me to let them do the job and see how long it took. I was furious. Luckily I had two dollys they could use, otherwise the job wasn't getting done in 2 hours. We had every box color coded with moving stickers and I walked the guys through the house and explained where to put everything and showed them the signs we had on the walls marking locations. Needless to say boxes were placed incorrectly. I had to correct them a few times on where the boxes went. And still boxes were being put in the wrong location. Thankfully they completed the job in 2 hours (thanks to my dollys). Overall I would not hire them again and am concerned about using hire-a-helper in the future.

They did an ok job but turned out to be (I think) ridiculously expensive. It was $204. for 2 guys to do 30-40 minutes of packing a PODS.
